Is PolicyMatter scalable?

Yes. PolicyMatter utilises IBM's WebSphere architecture which can support hundreds, thousands, and even tens of thousands of users. The PolicyMatter software has been built on J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition), which means that is it scalable to the limits of the application server.
