Questionnaires and Understanding
Securing agreement to policies may be critical. However, when you need to be certain staff have understood as well as agreed to the document, PolicyMatter offers additional facilities for ensuring this. Testing understanding using pools of multiple-choice questions gives immediate visibility of the level of policy awareness among employees.
If staff don't achieve the threshold required, you can select from a variety of actions, depending on your corporate culture and goals and the sensitivity of the policy. As well as recording the score in a database, you can:
- Re-present policy
- Direct users to a training page
- Explain what they've got wrong
- Send an email to a selected individual or individuals
- Deny partial or complete access to sensitive parts of your system e.g. applications related to a specific policy
Where different types of questionnaires are called for, PolicyMatter will let you present these as well:
- matrix surveys, for risk assessment calculation or awareness monitoring
- form completion e.g. for submitting compliance-driven statements
