The PolicyMatter Administrator Training course comprises a set of modules for communicating the skills for running PolicyMatter.
By the end of this one day course students should be capable of administering their PolicyMatter systems confidently and effectively.
Who Should Attend?
Attendees should be people such as administrators who will be tasked with importing, updating and deploying policies through PolicyMatter to the organisation's staff, configuring the system for optimum effectiveness, as well as generating reports on policy acceptance and understanding.

- Importing policy text from existing documents into PolicyMatter, best practises
- Creating and assigning questions to test users' understanding of policies
- Best practises for using PolicyMatter's built-in version and revision control systems
- Creating 'policies' of Clauses to present to users
- Understanding the various policies that can be sent out
- Assigning different policies to different groups of users
- Configuring the Policy Server
- PolicyMatter's reporting
- Users' audit trails
- Reviewing policy effectiveness,
- Changes, amending Clauses and pushing out changes to policy to users.
